Why is Rezolv investing in Central and South Eastern Europe?

Central and South Eastern Europe is a region which has historically relied on fossil fuels for most of its energy needs.

Replacing fossil fuel production with renewables delivers the maximum possible emissions reduction impact, helping countries meet their climate targets and improving air quality. It also enhances energy security, which has become a major political priority across this region.

Accelerating the energy transition is an economic priority too. Several of the countries in this region are amongst the most heavily industrialised economies anywhere in Europe, with a large number of companies integrated into pan-European supply chains. As more and more multinationals commit to net-zero targets, enabling these firms to buy clean power will be vital to their long-term viability – and therefore to the economic competitiveness of the region as a whole.
